Rotary Code of Conduct

Our club motto in the forefront, as Rotarians we strive to serve others above ourselves, to act with integrity and high ethical standards in our personal and professional lives. To deal fairly with others and treat them and their occupations with respect.

We utilize our professional skills through our local Rotary Club & Rotary International to mentor young people, help those with special needs, and improve quality of life in our community and in the world. We strive to avoid behavior that reflects adversely on Rotary or other Rotary members.

We strive to do our very best at promoting peace & well-being in our daily lives and in the community.

Rotary membership is by invitation. If you are interested in joining our club and becoming a Rotarian, serving others above self, we welcome you to attend a meeting.

Mission Statement
Provide service to others, promote integrity, and advance world understanding, goodwill, and peace through fellowship of business, professional, and community leaders; Advance community understanding and support to those in need in our District's communities, schools, colleges and other citizen-devoted facilities.  The Rotary Club of Lake Arrowhead, California is part of a global network, The International Rotary, and globally Rotarians as a collective use the 4Way Test in thought and in actions:

"The Four-Way Test is a nonpartisan and nonsectarian ethical guide for Rotarians to use for their personal and professional relationships. The test has been translated into more than 100 languages, and Rotarians recite it at club meetings. Of the things we think, say or do:

Is it the TRUTH? Is it FAIR to all concerned? Will it build GOODWILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIPS? Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?"
